I missed my opportunity to buy real estate in Temecula back in 1980 before the new route turned it from a sleepy onetime frontier town into the thriving bonanza area of horse ranches and vineyards that I saw when I revisited in 1999 and sampled wines there. From what you say, I should go back and sample some more!
